Appropriate checks cover counterparties, beneficial ownership, source of funds and regulatory standing before capital is committed.

A private capital structure does not make process unimportant. An initial written summary is followed by preliminary review against the company’s criteria. Opportunities that progress move into due diligence, scoped to their size and nature.
Capital Invest determines whether to proceed for its own account. It does not allocate client money on behalf of an external investor base.
Discretion is expressed through how information is handled. We can explain our standards while keeping individual investments and business relationships private.
